Is your agency enrolled in Hartford Flood?

To enroll your agency in Hartford Flood please submit the following documents:

Enrollment Form (Flood Insurance Producer Agreement must be signed)
W-9 Tax Form(Must submit a completed and signed copy)
Copy of each Producer’s License and Agency License
Copy of current Errors & Omissions policy (Minimum limit of $1,000,000)
Provide each Producer's National Producer Number (NPN)
A FCRA Disclosure and Consent Form signed by each producer

Note: You will receive a signed copy of this producer agreement once all documentation has been received and processed. In most instances, your enrollment will be processed within two business days of all required information being submitted. Locate a copy of each producer’s Flood CE Completion certification, but do not send these with your enrollment paperwork. Once your agency code has been activated, the agency will receive a welcome email with a producer code and PIN that provides instruction on how to set up individual user names and passwords. Once the producer user name and password has been set up, each producer will be able to upload his/her Flood CE Certificate directly into the FloodPro site.
